Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
We understand that things come up and schedules can change, but in fairness to our practitioners, staff and patients, we must strictly adhere to the following Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policies. We do our utmost to respect your time, so please try your best to respect ours. Thank you for your understanding in these matters.
Please note our 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Required
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with fewer than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. At least 48 hours advance cancellation is preferred and 24 hours is required. You can leave a phone message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment so you can relax before your practitioner sees you. If you are late we will try our best to see you in a timely manner, but our priority will be those who have arrived on time. Late comers may also have a shorter session so the next patients won’t have to wait. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
