Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
We understand that the unexpected may arise and schedules can change, but in fairness to our practitioners, staff and all patients, we must strictly adhere to the following cancellation and missed appointment policies. We view the patient-provider relationship as one of utmost care and consideration, and place an equal amount of respect on your time, as well.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Required
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with fewer than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment will be charged a cancellation fee, up to or including the cost of the scheduled treatment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. At least 48 hours advance cancellation is preferred and 24 hours is required. You can leave a phone message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment so you can relax before your practitioner sees you. If you are late we will always try our best to see you in a timely manner, but our priority will be those who have arrived on time. Late-comers may also have a shorter session so as to keep our following appointments on time. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
