Office Manager
Objective
Your role ensures a seamless, top-notch experience for our patients and frees up our providers to focus solely on patient care.
Responsibilities
Patient support, including duties such as scheduling, checkout, and preparing treatment rooms between appointments, etc.
Oversight of inventory, packaging, clinic supplies and ordering
Curation of patient programming & testimonials
Management of vendor & referral relationships
Marketing and content creation
Functions in accordance with HIPAA and OSHA requirements
In town travel for small errands (valid driver's license and ability to lift 30 lbs required)
Other duties not otherwise specified
Experience
Microsoft Office Suite
GSuite
Asana
Canva &/or Mailchimp
Electronic Health Records (EHR) software
Strong grammar and writing skills
Prior office experience (minimum of 1 year)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for our team will be detail-oriented, able to work independently with minimal direction, creative/resourceful, and will share our passion for health and wellness! Shifts coincide with peak clinic activity and include weekday AM/PM support (with recurring/set hours).
