Office Manager

Objective
Your role ensures a seamless, top-notch experience for our patients and frees up our providers to focus solely on patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Patient support, including duties such as scheduling, checkout, and preparing treatment rooms between appointments, etc.

  • Oversight of inventory, packaging, clinic supplies and ordering 

  • Curation of patient programming & testimonials 

  • Management of vendor & referral relationships

  • Marketing and content creation   

  • Functions in accordance with HIPAA and OSHA requirements

  • In town travel for small errands (valid driver's license and ability to lift 30 lbs required)

  • Other duties not otherwise specified

Experience

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • GSuite

  • Asana

  • Canva &/or Mailchimp 

  • Electronic Health Records (EHR) software

  • Strong grammar and writing skills 

  • Prior office experience (minimum of 1 year) 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for our team will be detail-oriented, able to work independently with minimal direction, creative/resourceful, and will share our passion for health and wellness! Shifts coincide with peak clinic activity and include weekday AM/PM support (with recurring/set hours).
